No, he really isn't unhappy. This is him saying cheese when I say smile. Ammo made the hat, but due to chaos from T, B, and taking a picture of a two year old, this is the best picture I had the patience to get (hence his face is cut off- haircut looks good, eh? Stephen bribed him). Lando's expression kinda fits the title, though, don't you think?
