Balaclava finale

Here are the pictures of my balaclava. I used worsted wool-ease. It wasn't done in time for the snowmobile tour- I had a couple of inches bound off the last row of 480 stiches when we left Saturday morning.... It wouldn't have fit under the helmet anyway. It will get it's debut skiing Friday!

*o.k. so I haven't sewn in my ends yet. I don't want to. Maybe I never will....

wow, awesome! It's three in one! is it cozy warm, too? Did you enjoy knitting it or was it a lot of work?

Mostly I enjoyed it, although that might be in part because I discovered I could read and knit at the same time since it was almost a no brainer so I would get a row done without realizing it went by (however it didn't go perfectly. I have found I can change a knit to a purl or vise versa a row below so I don't have to undo an entire row when I mess up for four stiches in the middle now and then). However the quadrupuling of stiches in the last two rows and then having to bind off that many - sucked.
