
Oh, and if you have any leftover ham this recipe is awesome. Dang easy, fast, and uses leftovers -and survives the changes I make.

*Note: I used only dried mangos (because that is what I had), no walnuts (I didn't have any), mozzarella cheese, sesame seeds, and "Never Fail Pie Crust" (Mom's recipe, because I had some in the fridge waiting to be used- how lucky is that?).

those eggs look delightfully springy and colorful.
I think we definitely have some ham left. maybe I'll suggest making that tasty pie to mom--since we all know my cooking skills are not quite up to par. also I'm not at home for dinner time.
